  4. Items will only be reserved upon placing the order at checkout page.
  5. Placed orders are FINAL. Items will already be reserved and can no longer be cancelled nor changed.
  6. *Ai online shop will not be liable for delays or errors due to request for changes (recipient, delivery address, courier) of placed orders.
  7. Customers are given 72 hours (3 days) to settle/pay for their placed orders.
  8. The system will automatically cancel placed orders that have not been paid within 72 hours.
  9. Customers with two (2) cancelled placed orders will be banned from our website.

Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer and will automatically be calculated and added to your total bill upon placing of order.
  2. Ai online shop will ship via LBC, JRS and DHL.
  3. THERE IS A SHIPPING RISK. We will not be liable for damages incurred due to mishandling of the courier.
  4. Customer’s orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after confirmation of payment. Please allow us one day to confirm your payments after you inform us.
  5. Expect to receive your package as stated in your selected shipping method AFTER shipment.
  6. Ai online shop is not liable for shipment delays on the part of the courier.
  7. You may check the status of your delivery under Shipping Status by signing in, then go to My Account.
  8. You may also check your package’s tracking number under Tracking Number by signing in, then go to My Account.
  9. For international shipping, you may check for rates online depending upon the courier of your choice (Philpost, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
  10. Strictly no shipping will be made for insufficient payments. Irregardless of the amount.

Return/Damage Policy

  1. Ai online shop DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ship out damaged items.
  2. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers.
  3. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to replace it provided:
  4. *We are informed via e-mail with picture of the damaged item/s received.
  5. *We are informed within the day the package is received. (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
  6. *Customer ships the item/s back to us. (Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer)
  7. For situations when we are unable to ship all of the customer’s paid orders, most probably due to damaged stock, we will include the amount of the unshipped item/s in your package upon shipment.
